Refunds
We have a
30 day NO-hassle return policy!
1.
Email us to
request a return authorization number. Indicate in your email
the order number on your invoice, the stock number(s) for the
merchandise you wish to send back, and whether you would like an
exchange or a refund.
2. Any alterations
to an item will not be accepted for refund/exchange. Alterations
include, but not limited to, engraving, change of finishing, and
resizing. Custom orders cannot be refunded/exchanged unless
there is an error on behalf of MensJewelryClub. All Free
Gifts with purchase must be returned with products
which are to be refunded. Refunds will not be issued to products
which are not returned with the free gift.
3. All returned gold orders
must have original Tag attached. Rings that have the tag removed
will be considered worn and will not be returned.
Exchanges
1.
Email us to
request an echange. Indicate in your email the order number on
your invoice, the stock number(s) for the merchandise you wish
to Exchange.
2. We do not charge you to send replacements. Unlike some of our
competitors we understand that people change there minds and we
wont nickel and dime you because of it.. We will send the
replacement item(s) you requested within 5 business days after
receiving the returned merchandise.
